Studio Tributario Associato Sabatino was established in Collegno, in the early 1980s, on the initiative of Pasquale Sabatino, initially specialising in the field of taxation, corporate and labour consultancy services. Today, with over 40 years of experience at its disposal, the Firm, supported by a team of multidisciplinary professionals, provides qualified and tailor-made consultancy services to entrepreneurs, professionals, companies, NPOs, start-ups and private citizens in a wide range of areas including the taxation, labour, corporate, legal, financial, strategic, organisational and innovation fields, ensuring a complete, organised and efficient consultancy service.

Sabatino Pasquale

Chartered Accountant and Auditor

Pasquale Sabatino holds a degree in Modern Business Economics from the LUM Free Mediterranean University of Bari and is a founding partner of Studio Tributario Associato Sabatino. In 1992, he obtained his certification as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin, under no. 1279. In 1998, he was enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Judge of the Court of Turin.

His focus is on corporate finance, management control, extraordinary transactions, as well as corporate, taxation and financial reporting consulting.

He has held positions as Director and Auditor for several corporations and cooperatives.

He is a speaker at training courses on tax, corporate and labour issues.

Borasi Gian Marco

Borasi Gian Marco

Labour consultant

Gian Marco Borasi holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Guglielmo Marconi University in Milan. In 1997, he obtained his certification as a Labour Consultant and is still registered in the Register of Labour Consultants of the Province of Turin. In 2006 he was qualified on the SUI platform (One-Stop Immigration Service Desk) with the Ministry of the Interior. He has been registered with the Court of Turin as a Technical Consultant to the Judge in Labour matters since 2007. In 2013, he qualified as a Civil and Commercial Mediator. He has been qualified as a Certified Labour Consultant since 2017. Gian Marco Borasi boasts more than 20 years of experience in the area of trade union agreements, the management of disputes and settlements on behalf of client companies, with a particular focus on the transport sector.

Scrocca Paolo

Scrocca Paolo

Chartered Accountant and Auditor

Paolo Scrocca holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Commerce specialising in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the University of Turin. He has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin since 2021, under no. 4415. He obtained his certification as a Chartered Accountant in 2021.

He specialises in taxation, corporate and financial reporting consultancy, tax and financial planning and business start-ups.

He has served as Director and Liquidator for several corporations.

He is a speaker at training courses on tax and corporate matters.

Fregnan Alessio

Fregnan Alessio

Chartered Accountant and Auditor

Alessio Fregnan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Commerce with an Accounting specialisation from the University of Turin. He has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin since 2017, under no. 4090. He obtained his certification as a Chartered Accountant in 2017.

He specialises in corporate and tax matters.

He has served as Director for several corporations.

In 2016, 2017 and 2018 he served as a Collaborator for the University of Turin in the Management Department.
